We process the above personal data to reduce the risk of our employees being infected with COVID-19.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Art. 6 para. 1. lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the above-mentioned purposes. The legal basis for the processing of special categories of personal data is Art. 9 para. 2 lit. h) DSGVO.

 

RECIPIENT OF THE DATA

Within our company, we only pass on your personal data to those areas and persons who need this data to fulfil contractual and legal obligations or to implement our legitimate interests (e.g. company doctor, personnel department).

Data will only be passed on to third parties if we are legally obliged to do so.
 

TRANSMISSION TO A THIRD COUNTRY

A transfer to a third country or to an international organization is not intended.

 

DURATION OF DATA STORAGE

We delete this data four weeks after the collection.

 

PROVISION OF DATA

We understand if you do not wish to provide the above-mentioned data. For the protection of other visitors and our employees we would have to refrain from the common appointment. For this we ask for your understanding.
