Half of all employees are with the company longer than 5 years; 30 percent have been employed more than 10 years and 14 percent are with Herrmann Ultraschall for more than 15 years.
At the recent biannual employee information event on January 16, 2015, managing directors Thomas Herrmann, Anja Zschernig and Arnold Schneider paid a special tribute to 12 long-standing employees. Jürgen Pfrommer and Rüdiger Merz have been with the company for 40 respectively 35 years; Siegmund Fluderer, Wolfgang Ehrmann and Klaus Weiß have been working at Herrmann for 25 years. 7 more people were recognized for their services of more than 10 years. Thomas Herrmann thanked all twelve employees for their work commitment and loyalty to the company with a gift basket.
