We are proud of Francois Brouet and his final Ph.D. grade and his final excellent doctoral thesis: "Theoretical and experimental analysis of parasitic modal interactions in ultrasonic oscillators".
In his work modal interactions between the longitudinal mode and nearby modes are evaluated depending on their nature and various parameters. His findings can be used to simulate the effects of non-tuned modes on the oscillation behavior before the sonotrode is being produced.
