With the newest generation of the sound-insulated welding machines ULTRASAFE, Herrmann Ultraschalltechnik GmbH & Co. KG offers an ergonomic manual workstation with a larger engagement range and adjustable lifting door.
It is crucial for manufacturing companies to provide their employees with a protected workplace where applications can be welded safely, yet in the shortest possible time. For this purpose, Herrmann Ultraschall has developed the new ULTRASAFE machine, which offers reliable protection against loud noise and enables user-friendly loading of the machine.
Instead of a narrow viewing window, the entire front of the machine now moves upwards with an enlarged viewing window, revealing a significantly larger working area. This creates an entirely new level of flexibility for reaching in and loading as well as for cleaning and changing tools. Additionally, an electrical height-adjustable worktable can be ordered. This allows the workstation to be quickly and individually adapted to the height of the user.
The efficiency of the machine was increased with the introduction of a new partial stroke function. Now the machine’s lifting door does not need to be raised over the entire distance when a new component is inserted, but only a minimal predetermined height. This can reduce the cycle time per welding process by several seconds.
